Review on- - Hum Tum aur Ghost

The story mainly revolves around our centre character Armaan (Arshad Warsi) who is a fashion photographer and in love with the beautiful Gehna (Dia Mirza). Though it has been quite apt from the title that the story revolves around ghosts and dead people, yet till first half an hour there is no clue of any ghost in the movie and you only end up seeing the same old love story of both these characters in a fancy packing. Later Armaan realizes that he has this strange capacity to communicate with the dead. Now 3 more stories of 3 ghosts in the movie unfold who wish Armaan to help them finish their unfinished tasks. Sadly after some grabbing moments and catchy start there is hardly any attention grabbing moment in the movie.

Critics View:

The story line is quite predictable and seems as if much homework could still be done with the art of storytelling in the movie which would have made Hum Tum aur Ghost, one of the great pic of the year. The viewer gets quite disappointed right after some time in the movie which fails in creating interesting screenplay. Though the designers of the movie have done great work and the locations selected for the shots are also perfect, but sadly the lack in screenplay and muddled script fails to catch fancy of the viewers. There is also some fun aspect to the movie with this ghost of Boman Irani who is confused and troubled, but to viewers disappointment they are quite few.

The movie crew has no doubt great talents like Arshad Warsi who had given shining performance in Ishqiya and also Sandhya Mridul and many but as they say has to be all the reasons to make a film hit and only one reason is enough to make it flop at the box-office.
